Wolt services — main categories

Wolt+ — a free delivery subscription

Wolt+ is the monthly subscription that offers free delivery over a minimum cart threshold at selected partner restaurants and stores (marked with the Wolt+ label in the app). For users who order regularly, Wolt+ pays for itself quickly. Enrolment is done from the app, with the option of a free trial for new users. You can cancel anytime, with no penalties.

Payment in Wolt

Wolt accepts Visa and Mastercard card, secure online payment with 3-D Secure, Apple Pay and Google Pay. The card saved in the app allows quick one-tap orders. The tip for the courier is optional and can be added in the app after delivery.

Order policy and support

For perishable products (ready meals, delivered food), standard returns do not apply. For problems with the order (missing products, quality, error), you contact the in-app support and receive a partial or full refund in line with Wolt's policy. Wolt is recognized for fast and friendly customer support. For unopened items from Wolt Market or pharmacy, rules similar to physical retail apply.

• Order over the minimum threshold for free delivery.
• Combine the active coupon with the partner restaurants' promotions ("2 for the price of one", a free dessert).
• Check the offers section in the app before ordering.

When the biggest Wolt discounts happen

The strongest Wolt campaigns are the weekends, holidays (Christmas, New Year, Easter, Valentine's, 8 March), major sporting events, the Wolt anniversary, Black Friday and Cyber Monday, the launches of new partners or cities (often strong discounts for 2-4 weeks) and monthly campaigns for Wolt+ subscribers.
