• EU customs duty of €3 (from 1 July 2026): the European Union applies a flat €3 customs duty for each product type in a parcel entering the EU from outside the EU, after the €150 duty-free threshold was removed.
• Charged per item type, not per parcel and not per unit: 5 identical T-shirts mean a single €3 charge, while a T-shirt plus a watch in the same parcel mean 2 × €3 = €6.
• Included in the VAT base: VAT also applies to the €3 duty, so the final cost rises slightly.
• Where you see it: it appears transparently at checkout, as a separate line or included in the price, before you place the order — not as an extra payment on delivery.
• Duties cannot be reduced with coupons and are not counted toward the minimum coupon threshold.
