Useful information about Temu
Temu offers for Romania
These promotions are for new Temu app users with no previous purchases. Open the offer link, download the app through the promotion page and sign in to check eligibility and claim the benefits. A new account alone does not guarantee eligibility.
Limited to one new-user promotion per user. This offer cannot be combined with or received in addition to other new-user offers. Once you receive or activate this offer, you will not be eligible for other new-user offers, and vice versa.
40% coupon conditions
Applies to eligible products on orders over RON 100, with a maximum discount of RON 100. One claim and use per user. Claim immediately after first installing the app: the affiliate programme specifies the first hour, while the campaign page states up to 24 hours. Follow the shorter deadline displayed in the app. The coupon expires one day after receipt.
What is included in the RON 500 coupon bundle?
This is a bundle of 7 separate coupons, not RON 500 off a single order:
- 4 coupons of RON 75 each, each for an order over RON 400;
- 1 coupon of RON 75 for an order over RON 150;
- 1 coupon of RON 100 for an order over RON 250;
- 1 coupon of RON 25 for an order over RON 100.
Claim within 24 hours of first downloading the app through the campaign link. Each coupon is single-use and expires one day after receipt. Coupons in the bundle cannot be combined with each other. Precious-metal jewellery is excluded. The campaign presents the bundle together with the percentage benefit; this does not mean that all discounts can be applied to the same order.
Gifts require purchases
The gift offer is a separate new-user promotion. Gifts require purchases and collection of the stars shown on the promotion page: each RON spent earns one star. Required spending ranges from RON 38 to RON 5,200 depending on the selected gift. Orders must be placed on the promotion page. Activate within 24 hours of first app installation and place the first order within 24 hours of activation. Complete remaining steps before the countdown displayed in the promotion expires. Stock limits and Temu eligibility rules apply.
Minimum orders and fees
After coupons, a minimum order of RON 45 for the first order and RON 65 for subsequent orders may apply, as displayed by Temu. Import fees do not count towards coupon thresholds and cannot be discounted using coupons. Shipping fees may apply. Before buying, check eligible products, the final total and the full rules through the Details and Terms and Conditions buttons on the promotion page.

Frequently asked questions about Temu
How do I use a Temu discount code?
Choose a Temu discount code from the list above, click „Show code” and copy it. On Temu you can paste it in the search bar of the app or site (it automatically shows the eligible products) or directly at checkout, in the „Apply coupon code” field, before payment. The EVOUCHER40 coupon gives 40% off your first order, only for new users in Romania.
How long does Temu delivery take in Romania?
With standard shipping, a Temu order usually arrives in about 6–20 business days, depending on the product and the warehouse it ships from. Some products offer express delivery (cost shown in the basket), and items from the local warehouse arrive faster. You can track the parcel from your Temu account, and Temu offers a delivery guarantee with a refund if problems arise.
Does Temu deliver to Romania?
Yes, Temu delivers to Romania, with free standard shipping on most orders and paid express options. Parcels may come from outside the EU or from a closer warehouse, which affects the delivery time.
Do I have to pay customs duties on Temu and where is the fee paid?
Since 1 July 2026, the EU applies a €3 customs duty per product type on parcels entering the EU from outside the EU (the €150 duty-free threshold was removed). The fee is paid at checkout, collected upfront by Temu and included in the total — you do not pay it separately to the courier on delivery. It is charged per item type (5 identical products mean a single €3 charge) and is included in the VAT base.
Does Temu offer cash on delivery (pay on delivery)?
In short, cash on delivery is not a standard method available to everyone on Temu in Romania. Officially accepted are card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna and Temu Credit. COD has appeared only in a limited and inconsistent way, linked to the local warehouse; if you do not see it at checkout, it is not active for your account or product, and the order is paid online, in advance.
Is Temu safe and trustworthy?
Temu is a legitimate marketplace operated by Whaleco Technology Limited in Ireland (part of PDD Holdings). Payments are processed to the PCI DSS standard with 3-D Secure, and the Temu Purchase Protection programme offers a refund if the product does not arrive, arrives damaged or does not match the description. As with any multi-seller marketplace, check the product reviews and seller rating before ordering.
What country is Temu from and who owns it?
Temu was founded in Boston, Massachusetts, in 2022 and is operated by Whaleco Technology Limited in Ireland, part of the PDD Holdings group (the parent company of Pinduoduo). Many products ship directly from manufacturers through the Consumer-to-Manufacturer (C2M) model.
What are Temu coupons and how do I get them?
Temu coupons are discounts applied to the basket, separate from a promo code entered at checkout. On evoucher.ro you find verified Temu coupons and discount codes, including the exclusive EVOUCHER40 bundle for new users. The Temu app also frequently shows extra coupons through campaigns and mini-games.
What do I do if a Temu promo code does not work?
Check whether the offer is still valid, whether you meet the conditions (for example a new account or a minimum order threshold) and whether you entered the code correctly. Many Temu codes are for new users only. If the problem persists, choose another active offer from the list or report the voucher.
