• "Company Account" - an account with extended rights for legal entities wishing to manage their own offers.
• "Affiliate Link" - a link to a Partner Store containing a tracking identifier for the affiliate program.

3 Description of the Service

eVOUCHER is an online platform that aggregates vouchers, coupon codes and promotional offers from various online stores in Romania and internationally.

3.1. Services offered to users free of charge:

• Searching and browsing vouchers and offers organised by categories and stores
• Copying coupon codes for use at checkout
• Creating an account to access your used-code history
• Subscribing to the newsletter with selected offers and vouchers

• We reserve the right to moderate or remove non-compliant content

7 Vouchers and Offers

7.1. Nature of the vouchers:

The vouchers and offers displayed on eVOUCHER are collected from multiple sources:

• Directly from the partner stores
• Through affiliate networks (Profitshare, 2Performant, etc.)
• From verified public sources
• From companies with an account on the platform

8 Affiliate Links and Business Model

10 User Obligations and Conduct

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the use of the Platform is limited to EUR 100 or the equivalent in RON.

12 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SMART MARKETING CONCEPT S.R.L., its employees, directors and partners from any claims, damages, losses or costs (including reasonable attorney fees) resulting from:

• Infringement of third-party rights
• Illegal activities carried out through your account

13 Changes to the Terms

15 Digital Services Act (DSA)

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 on Digital Services (the Digital Services Act), please note:

• Single point of contact: You can contact us via the contact page for any request related to the platform's content
• Content transparency: The vouchers and offers displayed come from partner stores and affiliate networks. Content marked with affiliate links generates commissions for eVOUCHER
• Reporting illegal content: If you identify content that you consider illegal or misleading, please report it via the contact form, stating the reason
• Content moderation: We regularly review the displayed offers and remove content that violates our terms or applicable law

16 Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is declared null, invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, the remaining provisions remain in force and take full effect. The invalid provision will be replaced with a valid one that comes as close as possible to the original intent.
