Joom discount code — on evoucher.ro we centralize all Joom discount codes, Joom coupons and Joom vouchers, verified before publication. Offers that no longer work are automatically moved to the expired promotions area, so you only use active discounts.
Joom in Romania operates through the mobile app (Android and iOS) and through the website version, both with support in Romanian for browsing, searching for products and checkout. Because many products come from outside the EU, it is important to check any customs duties and VAT that may apply on delivery.
How Joom discounts work: the platform combines already-low list prices with Joom coupons applied in the basket, daily deals, category discounts and welcome promotions for new accounts in the app. Many of these discounts are shown directly on the product page or in the offers section, and a Joom discount code entered at checkout can be added on top of the list discount.

- Welcome coupon in the app — Joom often offers first-order discounts for new accounts; the value and minimum threshold appear in the promotions section of the app.
- "App only" offers — prices and coupons available exclusively through the mobile app, alongside the discounts on the site.
- Public codes and coupons — shown on the offers page on evoucher.ro, worded with a note of caution (check the validity on the campaign page).

Main categories on Joom
The Joom catalogue covers: Fashion (clothing, footwear and accessories for women, men and children), Cosmetics and care, Home and kitchen (decor, organization, utensils), Electronics (gadgets, phone and PC accessories, audio), Small home appliances, Parts and accessories, Hobby and leisure, Family and children's items, Sport and outdoor and Jewellery and accessories. The very wide range and the low prices are the main reasons users look for a Joom discount code before ordering.
Payment and returns
Joom accepts payment by card and via your preferred payment systems, with secure online processing. For customers in the European Union, the 14-day legal right of withdrawal from receipt of the parcel applies. The refund may, in certain cases, be offered as account credit (points), and the cost of an international return may fall to the buyer — which is why it is worth reading the return policy of each product before ordering. For products shipped from outside the EU, customs duties and VAT may apply on delivery.
The Joom app
The Joom mobile app (Android and iOS) is the heart of the experience: here you find exclusive Joom coupons, daily deals, price alerts, parcel tracking and mini-promotions through which you unlock extra discounts. Many campaigns and a Joom discount code for new customers are active only in the app.

Frequently asked questions about Joom
How do I use a Joom coupon code?
Choose a Joom offer and read its terms. If it has a code, copy it and follow the retailer’s instructions to use it. For a promotion without a code, open the offer and check which products or services qualify. Make sure the discount is included in the final price before paying.
How many vouchers and offers are currently active for Joom?
Right now you have 2 active vouchers and offers available for Joom on eVOUCHER, with discounts of up to 12%.
What is the difference between codes and offers at Joom?
A code offer requires entering the code according to the retailer’s instructions. A promotion without a code may already include the discount in the price or require other steps described in its terms.
Are Joom vouchers verified?
Offers may come from retailers, affiliate programmes or community submissions. Checking offer information does not mean that every code has been tested for every order. Read the terms and confirm the retailer’s displayed discount before paying. You can report an offer if you notice a problem.
What do I do if a Joom promo code doesn't work?
Check whether the offer is still valid, whether the minimum conditions are met and whether you entered the code correctly. If the problem persists, choose another active offer or report the voucher.
