Gomez Club — the loyalty programme
The Gomez Club programme is the central pillar of the loyalty strategy. Members get access to a welcome discount on their first order, then permanent discounts that increase by tier depending on purchase history. The benefits also include an extended return period beyond the 14 legal days, a special birthday offer and early access to new collections. Membership is free and is done directly from the Gomez account. The Gomez discount codes published on evoucher.ro can often be combined with Gomez Club benefits, subject to the conditions of each campaign.
Delivery and payment at Gomez
Gomez delivers to Romania via fast courier and locker options, with usual timeframes of 1-3 working days. The shipping cost is shown transparently at the checkout step, alongside the free shipping threshold applicable to the active campaign. At payment, bank card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, BLIK and cash on delivery on selected orders are accepted. For customers in Romania, paying by card in lei remains the fastest option with no additional fees.
Return and warranty policy
Under EU law, you have a 14-day legal right of withdrawal from receipt of the order, with no justification needed. For Gomez Club members, the period is extended according to the official regulations, especially useful for seasonal purchases. The return is made via courier or locker, with the online form completed. For the warranty, the legal rules of conformity plus the shop's internal policies apply. Keep the invoice and the original packaging for quick processing.

Frequently asked questions about Gomez
How do I use a Gomez coupon code?
Choose a Gomez offer and read its terms. If it has a code, copy it and follow the retailer’s instructions to use it. For a promotion without a code, open the offer and check which products or services qualify. Make sure the discount is included in the final price before paying.
How many vouchers and offers are currently active for Gomez?
Right now you have 4 active vouchers and offers available for Gomez on eVOUCHER, with discounts of up to 30%.
What is the difference between codes and offers at Gomez?
A code offer requires entering the code according to the retailer’s instructions. A promotion without a code may already include the discount in the price or require other steps described in its terms.
Are Gomez vouchers verified?
Offers may come from retailers, affiliate programmes or community submissions. Checking offer information does not mean that every code has been tested for every order. Read the terms and confirm the retailer’s displayed discount before paying. You can report an offer if you notice a problem.
What do I do if a Gomez promo code doesn't work?
Check whether the offer is still valid, whether the minimum conditions are met and whether you entered the code correctly. If the problem persists, choose another active offer or report the voucher.
