pcMadd in Romania operates entirely in Romanian, with prices in lei (RON), nationwide delivery and a network of physical stores in cities such as Bucharest, Cluj, Iasi, Timisoara, Oradea and Arad. The company has a solid history in the IT field: Dell distributor since 2002, Dell Registered Partner since 2010 and Microsoft Authorized Refurbisher (MAR) for Romania since 2011 — a certification that confirms the correct process of refurbishing and software licensing.
How pcMadd discounts work: the shop often applies percentage discounts and promotional prices on systems, laptops, monitors and components, on top of which offers on complete configurations may be added. Any promotional codes are entered at checkout, in the dedicated field, before payment. Since we are talking about refurbished equipment, stock on certain configurations is limited — check availability before ordering.
Main pcMadd categories
The catalogue covers: refurbished desktop computers (predominantly Dell and HP), refurbished laptops, monitors, IT components (memory, SSD/HDD, boards, upgrade accessories), printers and servers, as well as repair and service services. In short, a shop focused on refurbished branded IT equipment, with an attractive price/performance ratio for home users, freelancers and companies.
Payment and returns
pcMadd accepts, according to public information, online card payment, cash on delivery and, often, instalment payment on eligible products. Delivery is handled by courier nationwide, and pickup is also possible from the physical stores. Under EU law, you have a 14-day legal right of withdrawal from receipt of the parcel. For refurbished equipment, the shop offers a warranty and has its own service — an important advantage when buying refurbished products. The full warranty and return terms are detailed on the site.
