A Kinguin Black Friday offer should be selected by the exact digital product: a full game, expansion, in-game currency, subscription or gift card. The game title alone is not enough. Activation platform, region and edition determine whether the purchase can be used on your account and whether it contains the content you actually want.
Full games and editions with additional content
Kinguin lists PC and console games, preorders and additional content. For a game on your Black Friday shortlist, begin with the platform on which you will activate it. Two listings with the same cover can use different activation systems and are not automatically two prices for precisely the same product.
For special editions, read the included-content list. Names such as Deluxe or Ultimate may cover different digital extras, expansions or bonuses depending on the game. If you already own the base game, calculate the cost of the missing content; buying another complete edition is not always the best fit for your collection.
DLC and items that require a compatible game

Unviewed keys and options after purchase
Kinguin's policy distinguishes unviewed keys from those already revealed. An unviewed key can be returned through the account's automated system within the first 24 hours, with the refund credited to Kinguin Balance. After that window, requests go to support and the key must still remain unviewed for that procedure.
If you have viewed a key without using it, support may arrange a resale, with funds credited after it sells. This is not an immediate refund. When buying several Black Friday games, confirm each platform and edition before revealing keys and keep the order information available in case you need to contact support.
