BestValue brings together fragrances, cosmetics and other products associated with duty-free shopping. Its announced Black Friday campaign has an important access exception: customers can shop without a flight ticket, using a confirmed account.
Campaign access and the First Club benefit
Do not confuse the store’s usual flight-ticket validation with this campaign’s rules. BestValue separately describes ticket-free access and the benefit for First Club members with an active card. The club’s extra voucher excludes Drinks; check eligible products and the actual discount before paying. Newsletter subscription and activating a membership card are different steps.
The voucher in the parcel is for a later order
The campaign also describes a voucher supplied with the parcel for a future purchase. It does not automatically reduce the Black Friday order. Published conditions restrict it to full-price fragrances, makeup and skincare, excluding niche fragrances and combinations with other promotions or vouchers. Assess the first order at the amount payable now; a future benefit matters only if you will need eligible products.
BestValue fragrances: compare the same version
For your Black Friday shortlist, record the complete fragrance name, concentration and volume. BestValue offers individual perfumes, miniatures and sets, which can have similar presentation but different quantities and uses. A set is attractive when you also want its additional products, rather than simply because the packaging looks more substantial.
For a niche perfume or an unfamiliar scent, avoid choosing exclusively by the discount percentage. Start with the preferences of the person who will wear it. When comparing with another retailer, check the identical version and millilitre size rather than relying only on the collection name printed prominently on the bottle.
Make-up and skincare for your existing routine
Select the exact make-up shade before comparing prices. An offer on a different foundation tone is not equivalent to the product you already use. For skincare, compare the formulation, volume and intended place in your routine, rather than treating every item from one brand as interchangeable.
When choosing a cosmetics set, read the size of each component. Miniatures can suit travelling or trying a product, but should not be valued as full-size containers.
